Love Cava! The food is always so fresh and is a good mediterranean twist on Chipotle. Robin was very knowledgable on the menu and provided fast, friendly service. All the employees are friendly and I have always enjoyed my meal. The Castle Rock location is clean and they are always well staffed and make you feel welcome.
The food was delicious and customer service was off the chain. This is my first time here and I am very satisfied and super full. I will definitely be coming back for those lamb meatballs I had a sample and theyre delicious, but I ended up getting the chicken this time. Big shoutout to Vivi for hooking my bowl up fat.

Fresh, fast, and delicious. Love how tasty this place is. Fast casual Mediterranean food. They have some pretty tasty drinks too, like blueberry lemonade! They do offer kids meals too! And you can buy anything a la carte. I ended up asking for an extra side of rice because my kids just loved it!
This is hands down the best CAVA Ive been to! My boyfriend and I have stopped in twice recently, and both times we had an amazing customer experience. The managers, Jade and Andy, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for us. Well definitely be coming back!
Great experience. The food was fresh and delicious. The employee that put my order together was friendly, helpful and patient I had never been before so didnt know what to expect with all the options. I went right after the lunch rush but you wouldnt have known it because the dining area was very clean. Highly recommend!
The food at Cava is delicious and the staff is always friendly! They have great options to eat in and take out. I love the Harissa chicken.
